Anderson Township Park District Operating Levy
On behalf of the Board of Park Commissioners, we wish to thank the residents of Anderson Township for voting yes on the Anderson Township Park District’s Operating Levy on November 4th. We are fortunate to live in a township where the residents recognize the benefits of continuing a quality park system in their community!
The Commissioners extends a sincere thank you to those who placed levy signs in their yards and to the numerous volunteers who devoted countless hours of their personal time in the effort to share the park’s message with the voters. In addition, numerous private citizens donated their personal resources.
We especially thank the efforts of all the ATPD Staff for the long hours of service and time they donated on behalf of this Operating Levy
With the new Operating Levy in place, the Anderson Township Park District will continue to operate and maintain your parks for the next ten years. We will also begin the development planning phase for our newest park, Wm. McNeilan Johnson Hills Park.
